Ms. Raha Hamzeh, International MBA student at Maastricht School of Management and Mahan Business School, succeeded to defend her Master Thesis on 14th of April 2020, titled “Data Development Analysis Model for Acquiring Banks Merchants’ Efficiency Evaluation: A Case Study in a Bank”.
The purpose of her study was to evaluate acquiring banks merchants’ efficiency scores using Data Envelopment Analysis method (the dual-role factors model), as a mathematical and multiple criteria decision-making tool, to assist bank’s decision makers to enhance their customer relationship management and to be more successful in customer retention by allocating proper resources for providing personalized and innovative services to their most efficient customers.
She has been working for 14 years in managerial positions in different areas of Iran’s banking and payment industry. She is also owner and CEO of RahTa consulting group Co.
